Katri Hutchins

Katri Cerise Hutchins was born on June 12th 1955 ,in Lubbock Texas to
James Henry Young & Evelyn Lavon Jones.

Cerise accepted Christ at a young age and received Confirmation in the
Catholic Church around 1969. She became a member of Voices of Faith
Baptist Church   around 2006.

She was raised in Denver Colorado and graduated from Central Catholic
High School in 1974.She furthered her education by attending Colorado
College of Medical & Dental assistants and graduated in 1976. She met
her late husband Amon Berry and moved to Georgia and began working at
Cigna Healthcare, and what began as professional relationships quickly
grew into lasting friendships, her coworkers became an extension of her
family. Cerise found a passion for medical coding and billing in 2006
where she graduated Westwood college with perfect attendance and high
honors.

She loved the wonder of all wonders, STEVIE WONDER. Her favorite color
was purple and she enjoyed watching sports . Her favorite players were
John Elway ,Steph Curry, and Patrick Mahomes.

She loved being a mother,wife, sister ,& friend. Her funny & vibrant
personality made all of our days better.

She is survived by her two daughters Aisha Berry & Kalifa Berry (Peter),
two Step Children Kawame & Aikisha Berry, three sisters Rita Cummings
(Lionell), Mandesah Drammeh (Simbala) and Wannie Payne (Curtis). She is
also survived by her fur grandbabies Bentley and  Puggalina, along with
a host of other family and friends.
