Diane Frey

Diane “DeDe” Sue Nesbit Frey (Diane Bloomfield), 69, passed away on March 03, 2026, in Carrollton, Georgia. She was born on March 22, 1957, in Charleston, South Carolina.

Diane, known as “DeDe,” is survived by her children: Sean Nesbit (Crystal), Heather Perotti, and William Nesbit; her mother, Evelynn Bloomfield; and her brothers, Mark Bloomfield (Leslie) and Jeff Bloomfield. She was preceded in death by her father, William Bloomfield, and her brother, Ken Bloomfield.

DeDe found joy in gardening, caring for animals, and the simple comforts of home. She was also an advocate who used her voice in policy and community efforts. After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2009 and later facing breast cancer, she showed strength, resilience, and humor through life’s challenges.

She will be remembered for her perseverance and the deep love she had for her children, her pets, and her home.
