Deshun Omarion Battle was born 12/23/2005 Friday afternoon to Zenobia Battle and Jarvis Odom.  Omarion was thrust into a large family of love who will always have him in their hearts.  Omarion (AKA Papadeaux) was an "Old Soul" who was fortunate to have Walter Spurley as his dad, Grand Ma(s) Susie Sanders (AKA Nana), Brenda Harrel (AKA Granny Gran) Great Grand Ma(s) Lizzie Sanders and Barbara Spurley, Grand Pa Jerry Harrel (AKA Old Man Jenkins) and two other Grand Parents who proceeded him in death Ethel Louise Copelin and Harry Battle Jr.  God Mother Alicia Cleveland-Crawley and God father Jeremy Crawley.

Omarion's siblings who looked up to him as the (Old Soul) big brother was also loved by his sisters Olivia  R. Spurley (Aka Livey), Jade A. Spurley (Aka Poota), Skylar E. Spurley (Aka Sky-Pie) and Zoey E.R. Spurley (Aka Zo-Zo) to her he is still at the library because that's where she remembers them going.  His three brothers Jarvis D. Manuel, Mekhi D. Manuel, Xavion D. Baker will also have him in their hearts. More love came and was extended from a loving host of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. His Significant Other and Soul Mate Christina Manney, they mentored each other and she in turn helped to guide him on a path of light, because she saw the potential in him. That potential was one of the qualities that everyone saw in Omarion.  His love extended everywhere that he went from his jobs, schools, and most of all his neighborhood.

At a young age he showed an exceptional gift of understanding mechanics, he loved to take things apart and put them back together.  His inquisitiveness was a bright and outstanding part of who he was. As the years past he grew to be that proud student who was often student of the month and had multiple talents, he wasn't afraid to try new things. Omarion (oodie wodie) would have turned 18 this year and would have started his dual enrollment in Aviation Institute of Mechanics, something that he dreamt of accomplishing. Omarion's spirit was such a mature, loving, and comedic one. A big brother that was playful, respectful and most of all responsible.

We feel a pain so severe that it makes the simple act of breathing difficult, the guilt that leaves us wondering what we could have done differently, or that struggle to remember the last words we spoke to one another.  Our hearts are beyond broken. Omarion it was a privilege to have you in our lives we will always love you!
